Anne Phung Nguyen
I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my amazing husband JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I share my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even share my story. My parents inspired me and helped me become prosperous. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. While I believed this was the standard for the ideal life, reality had other strategies. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was one I had a fear of. Money and status didn't bring me happiness. I felt I was living a solitary life to earn a paycheck. I was passionate about working out and I enjoyed having fun and helping people as I navigated towards the new direction in my life. I found my calling in personal training. It was in 2014 that I started my own small business and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. Few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. To be a leader in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and assist others in achieving better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and goals. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, follow their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. When my business was taking the air and I was advancing, my mom passed away. The loss of my mother is worst of all. Following an 8-year battle with Scleroderma, she is at peace on Heaven. I will never forget her and always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. It's amazing how the world can give us the exact instruction we require, even when we don't realize that it is there. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I believe my mom gave me a second opportunity to live my life after her death. When she passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a sense of vitality and awareness. It's as if I am truly living, rather than just surviving. The purpose of the story I am sharing is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I would like you to be aware that love exists and that a therapy session can be common. Your health is truly your greatest asset. My hope is to live your every moment to the fullest and have a final resting place is not a regret, as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about for the rest of our lives.
